Torras builds some well-designed cases that each uniquely features standing elements on the rear of the case. I have five of their cases to go over in this article, with varying prices, from $22.99 through to $43.99 from their online store directly.
If you’re after a stand-based case from your iPhone 16 Pro, then Torras is one brand that’s worth considering. Let’s look at each case they offer for the new iPhone 16 Pro.
Torras LStand iPhone 16 Pro Case
Available for $22.99 direct and on Amazon
On the surface, the Torras LStand case looks like a simple, and rather cheap if I’m honest,-looking case. It has cut-out edges for easy phone insertion. Cutouts for the camera bump, speaker grills and the new iPhone 16 series camera button and sensor. It’s their thinnest case on offer here, and it has a hidden feature. Lifting up the camera bump protective surround, the case stand hinges outwards to form a discrete stand for the iPhone. Its size mostly suits landscape use, for watching the latest movie on Netflix and taking video calls. The LStand is a simple case but its discreet function is a nice addition. If you’re looking for a thin case with a discrete stand function, the LStand for Torras might be one for you.
Torras 360 Spin iPhone 16 Pro Case
Available for $42.99 direct and on Amazon
The Torras 360 Spin case offers a well-constructed and rather unique way to stand your iPhone. Its pull-out rear ring hinges outwards and can be rotated 360 degrees for a multitude of uses. Its rotation also locks at each 90-degree angle and simply snaps closed when not in use. The black version has a semi-transparent rear portion of the case, whilst the surrounding frame has a solid black plastic material that has a rough texture for an assuring grip. Separated phones round the edges of the case and feel good to the press. The camera side button has a depth that feels good to the touch and is a little more intuitive to interact with than the earlier LStand case. If you want a case with a versatile landscape stand function, the 360 Spin case might be the one to check out.
Torras PStand iPhone 16 Pro Case
Available for $32.99 direct and on Amazon
The Torras PStand case takes most of the 360 Spin and replaces the ring with a simple metal kickstand at the bottom of the case. It doesn’t retract outwards as much as the 360 Spin, so it offers less functionality, but it does well enough in a more simple way. Compared to the 360 Spin, its MagSafe attachment feels a little stronger in this case. Everything else mirrors the 360 Spin case, both in its outer frame and semi-transparent backing – at least on the black version I received for review. I also received a clear version of this case, which looked the part and had slightly easier camera button access and feel, likely due to the slightly thinner sides of the clear case. If you’re looking for a simple and elegant way to case your iPhone and give it some stand function while keeping the aesthetics of the rear of your case intact, the PStand could be the case for you.
Torras Guardian iPhone 16 Pro Case
Available for $24.99 direct and on Amazon
Torras makes elegant stand-free cases also, with their Guardian case. This case offers a nicely crafted case with clear and colourful options that compliment the colourways of Apple’s hardware that’s inserted inside. This case brings a rare feature not seen in most cases available today, button colour options. As seen in some other cases in the past, Torras offers two additional colours for its case buttons, red and yellow. Replacing the buttons is super easy and it adds a pop of colour to the sides of the case. You can choose to replace one button, a few or all of them, go nuts! On black the yellow accent of the replacement buttons looks awesome, but I am not sure what button options come with the other Clear, Titanium Grey and Desert Gold case options. If you’re after an elegant and well-built case with a touch of added personality, the Guardian ticks all those boxes.
Torras GlassGo Screen Protector for iPhone 16 Pro
Available for $29.99 direct and on Amazon
For its price, the GlassGo screen protector is more packs more features than its similarly priced competitors. It features two tempered glass protectors and cleaning kits in one single box, allowing either two protective screen applications throughout the life of your iPhone 16 Pro, or a cheaper way to protect two separate iPhones with just one purchase. The fitment is easy to apply with a bundled surrounding fame that gives a perfect dust and bubble-free installation. The sides aren’t too sharp and matched watch a Torras case will give your iPhone 16 Pro the ultimate protection from coins, keys and accidental drops on bathroom floors, concrete driveways and street pavements.
